Because before this update Google was saying coming penguin update will tear you but till now I have seen this update is not harsh, because those all sites are still ranking well which are not following Google’s algorithms guidelines, so how it could be possible. It’s naturally webmasters will go angry on this because they have done each and every thing according to guidelines of Google either it’s for Penguin or it’s for Panda.
